Our On-Dock rail facility can provide a one-stop intermodal service by efficiently loading containers to rail cars once discharged from the vessel. Loading containers directly at an on-dock facility reduces over-the-road truck traffic, decreasing truck emissions in the local communities and improving overall supply chain sustainability. The unique shape of our rail facility makes it ideal for loading and unloading trains without the interference of other terminal operations, improving efficiencies and assisting with the reduction of container dwell. At max capacity, we can move 1,600 FEUs daily directly through the Alameda Corridor, with connections to BNSF and Union Pacific rail lines.
